Boy, I'm just all over the place today. Went from cranky to cheerful to tired to cheerful to manic-horny. None of the standard physiological excuses seem to apply, so it's all me, baby. ...Is that good or bad?
There is one commonality in these moods: I do NOT want to be answering customer email during any of them.

I do that all the time, but I have my cravings trained to my veggie-ness, so it's usually a 'need more iron' reaction. I'm guessing you don't have that.
