PIE!

Since coming home from work, I've made chicken pie, strawberry-rhubarb pie, and a whole mess of beef pasties (which are, really, just pies-in-the-round). Believe me when I say I am now the master of the pie crust.

I should probably take in the sides of my Norman gown, but I can't be arsed after slaving over a 400 deg. oven for the past three hours.
