This is the third month running I've detected ovulation, not by basal temperature or cervix position or similar physical data, but purely by mood cues. On the one hand, it's good to be in tune with what your bits are up to. On the other, I am _still_ vaguely let down (even after a year-plus of revelations to the contrary) that yes, in fact, I am strongly affected by hormones. Somewhere deep inside I still think I ought to be a tougher cookie than that.
