Oh, wait, yes it is. We are now, however briefly, a two-house family. At least, I hope it's briefly, but it looks like every painting contractor in the area is booked til Xmas. *minor panic.* You may yet find me with a home wallpaper removal steamer; and oh won't that be an adventure. There is a blue spruce and a silver birch in the front yard, and a Japanese maple in the back. These things make me unreasonably happy.
