Last night, the link between "me not drinking" and "me winning big at poker" was clearly illustrated. Let's see if I can exhibit learning behavior next month.

I have a bite on my craigslist ad for selling the entertainment center. Unfortunately, I think it's going to turn out to be a scam attempt. I'll be very irritated if that's the case.

A shipment of MEAT!~ is arriving...Saturday. Which is, um, just the tiniest bit busy. I knew we should've waited for the next order.

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] msg1138 we have discovered Stuff On My Cat, which is the current time-waster.

I have been without Teh Intarnet (and still am--I'm just borrowing a cup from [livejournal.com profile] sweh). You shall be dealt with appropriately in good time.

2nd paragraph: Apparently it's really common for craigslist ads for moderately high-ticket items to generate responses that are scam attempts. They have a whole page about it. (http://www.craigslist.org/about/scams.html) This was one of those.

3rd paragraph: See previous episode. (http://www.livejournal.com/users/syringavulgaris/240257.html)

4th paragraph: what, weird-ass Intarweb pictures of doing strange things to hapless animals requires explanation now?
