Another night in a series of not-able-to-sleep. I was a bit cold when I woke up, but I think it's mostly lack of exercise. Therefore, tonight I rake leaves (easy to do in the dark). If I can just break this cycle and actually get _up_ when the alarm goes off, I can do a bit of hedge trimming or raking or try Brian's yoga tape before leaving for work, but.

So Dusty's eye problem was not his usual occasional goop issue (we'd noticed, but thought it was just that, and were working on getting a vet appointment); but Danny took him in on Saturday and they say his eye needs to come out (!!!). However, Danny is refusing to answer exactly _what is wrong with the animal_ or any other useful details, other than if he hadn't heroically leapt to the rescue both eyes would probably have gotten...whatever's wrong with it. Lots of stuff about _that_ aspect. Why oh why did the universe ever decide to create someone perfectly calculated to annoy me so desperately--and then put him in the same workplace? And make him do just enough things of good that I can't declare war. Curse these shades of grey, I say.

WotC has missed their (beta) patch release date for e-tools. Quelle surprise.
