Yeah, I work at an ISP... I'll drop you an email with the rest; I'm kind of hard to get by phone, as part of my job requires either being on the phone or standing by for others who are on the phone. (Which, of course, makes me fear and loathe the phone the rest of the time, aheheheh.)

I understand that. I was a manager of a phone room for a while, and if I wasn't at work I avoided the phone like the plague. I really look forward to hearing from you
