Moderately successful dinner experiment
Nov. 18th, 2002 07:56 pmDinner was slated to be a flounder fillet, but I wasn't sure what to do with it...in the end, I sauteed some scallions, mushrooms, and fresh parsley in a little butter, then poured a quarter cup of sherry in and let the flavors soak together, and then put it all over the fish and baked it for about 20 minutes.
I think it overcooked a bit, but the theory seems sound.
