dariodevil was so, so right: I should have trusted in Waid, Johns, and Morrison. Would have saved me a lot of ranting and hair-pulling and woe. Well, God's in his heaven and all's right with the world except for Abnett & Lanning writing Nova, but you can't expect perfection in this lifetime.
