Ugh! So frustrating. The good side of those diets is that you lose weight quickly. The bad side is that what you can eat is limited. I've only lost 7 pounds in about a month and a half, but I find that magically after I eat my giant pile of vegetables and dairy for lunch that I'm not hungry. If I don't get lunch by about 12:30, though, I go crazy and start eating peanut butter. Also, I can't eat less than 1450 a day without getting really hungry and whiny.
