None of them work for Earthlink.
My need is simple: to find an authorized representative (that's an official term) who can sign off on a Covad ISP Switch Release Form. So far, I have been transferred six different times and given increasingly moronic suggestions, including every single droid recommending that it would be best to call...the same number I called to start this adventure.
