In touch with the Mother Goddess

I do not in the least understand this whole meme of "being one with the divine Mother", "feeling your moon power" or "the power of sacred creation".
I don't feel holy, consecrated, creative, powerful, or a channel for a voluptuous deity with flowers draped all over her. I feel like there's a metric fuckload of blood pouring out of my bits and I deeply resent having to a) shove a cotton plug up or b) wear what is, effectively, an adult diaper in order to keep from leaving a messy trail all over myself and my chair. Even if we left out the cramps, bloating, &c., which can be dealt with by various methods, *nothing will change* that fundamental symptom; nothing will make it magical or powerful or anything other than really goddamned annoying. Go ahead--tell me how a constant feeling like you're widdling yourself is the feel of girl power.
