happy damn Monday.
Apr. 2nd, 2007 09:47 amI've been up since 5:30, having got up with Steve in solidarity (he had to be at his new job for orientation at 8am, which in public transit terms meant either taking a 6:30 train or being about five minutes late). This is not in itself a horrid thing, as I slept well last night and had plenty of time for leisurely breakfast, coffee, and a bit of Nox, which we've resuscitated from the Pile of Forgotten Games recently. Naturally, therefore, upon entering the office, I find that the server which does dialup auth has fallen over viciously; neither myself nor Office Mom were able to resuscitate it; it seems to no longer be as it was, but is in some way an instance off one of the routers (?!?); Mr. Networks is at JFK preparing to depart for Passover, Brian had only gone to sleep about 3 hours previous, and Coder Guy is out today. (Newbie doesn't have a pager yet, and even if he did, he's not versed enough to know what to do here if I don't.)
Cold is still here, though far lessened. Fear my healing factor.
