This is my day off.
Sep. 28th, 2007 06:10 pmSo therefore I did four loads of laundry, changed the sheets, tidied the bedroom, vacuumed, and ran errands. This "relaxation" you speak of is fascinating; have you a pamphlet describing it? (Well, OK, I did play a couple rounds of Katamari.)
Then picked up
dariodevil and proceeded to get horribly lost in Clifton while trying to avoid a miles-long nonmovingness on the Parkway. Let me tell you about the Garden State Parkway and its excreable signage--particularly when you are following signs directing you to it, and then you look in your rearview mirror and see another sign directing passersby to it that is pointing in the opposite direction. I should've trusted my gut instinct instead of the fucking Parkway Authority. I would have been home a good half hour sooner.
Now: store trip, followed by serious slackage.

Date: 2007-09-30 04:38 am (UTC)Never follow Parkway signs. However, those county signs which point toward various towns at various intersections have shamefully helped me more times than I care to admit.
