I set out exercise clothes. I taped the print-outs of the stretches to the wall downstairs. I confirmed that the heart-rate monitor watch has a stop watch function. And I set the alarm for 5:45.

lol, epic fail!

I'm definitely a night-person. The most I can handle in the morning is a 10-minute ab workout or yoga in my pajamas. I've jogged in the morning before and it suuuuuucks. I have more energy at night.

I did the same thing a couple weekends ago, not for exercise, but for a conference workshop. Was an hour and a half late for the workshop and missed a bunch of cool stuff about Franklin's electrical experiments. Teh suck.
