syringavulgaris: Yes, I know the one at the end definitely was, but the pictures, with the head fins, and--
elibalin: They're Greys, Tori. They're saucer-flying, butt-probing, cattle-mutilating Greys.

hey, how scary was it? the a-man has been agitating to go, but i'm concerned that he'll be scared. he has not seen any of the first three. i definitely wouldn't take the other one, who's still scared of movies she's seen a zillion times.

Um, depends on what sets off his triggers. The obligatory "We're in South American jungle so we must have a scene with the swarming giant fire ants" bit is creepy if that sort of thing bothers one. Naturally, there are lots of graves and therefore spooooky bodies in various states of decomposition which would have had me peeking between my fingers at that age; A. is probably made of stronger stuff.

There's no face-melting, but there is a fair amount of shooting (which in retrospect I was kind of surprised at considering at how milksoppish both Lucas and Spielberg have gotten in recent times).

I'd say, less scary than Raiders, but a bit more so than Last Crusade.
