I brought the wrong cellphone charger, and now my cell is dead 'til tomorrow or Wednesday.

Have ransacked fridge for leftovers, which I am now having for dinner, a fair bit past my bedtime. I am given to understand I have now achieved the Zen of Singlehood.

They are nice leftovers...

Also, nedlnthred's giant antique cast-iron footed tub is a thing of beauty and made for lolling.

There *is* a nice peace to it. One of the things I miss about living alone is that when you come home everything is exactly where you left it. Well, I didn't have cats so YMMV. Cooking for one can be a bit of a pain, but on the other hand you don't have to think about what anyone else likes or doesn't like, you can just have what you want. And since no one is watching you can eat right out of the pot if you like :).

The bathtub sounds fabulous.
