Suddenly, I am moved into my new office! It has windows! And airflow! And space! And a door! And only 1.5 officemates!

Accounts Guy and I intend to set up, on the table in the corner, an espresso station. Because we are civilized.

Given appropriately advanced technology, we could pump the heat out of the office in summer into $MAGIC_STORE, then liberate it in winter. Too little attention has been paid to this approach IMO.

Actually, between the iMac and the cinema display, a fair amount of heat does get generated. Enough for my hands, probably not for the rest of me.

Yea! for new office space. If you get too cold in the winter, I will send you some of the heat from the lab. Cuz you know, they keep packing more and more instrumentation into it, and not providing any extra ventilation. "They" like to point fans at hot analyzers in closed rooms. Hello, convection oven!
