Have to give Palin some points for chutzpah when she said someting like "I may not answer these questions in the way you want, but I'm going to talk to the American people and Joe Sixpack and hockey moms". Yep, that's pretty obviously her strategy. Play to emotions and anecdotes and buzzwords.

I'm watching, and I have to say, though she's spouting the same shit? She's doing it with excellent composure. Unless they throw her something they didn't give her talking points for, I think this is going to be a hunker-down, watch out for the shit.

I was pretty unimpressed with both of them. He clearly has more experience, she is clearly warmer and more likable. Perish the thought either of them would have to take the office of president.

She didn't seem warm to me, at all. But then I'm pretty biased against her by now.

I was tolerably impressed by Biden--I didn't know a thing about him, but he was clearly On Top Of The Facts in ways that she was clearly Not.
