If I was inclined to draw a political cartoon, it would be a sketch of the W at his desk, doodling little duckies. Behind him, you see Mr. Obama, surrounded by his staff, with his hand on the W's shoulder. And Mr. Obama is saying to the W, "Move over son, there's real work to be done."
