More like sugar syrup with added booze, IME.

(Where ME includes yesterday, realizing that we were out of the sesame oil called for by a recipe, and thereupon grabbing mostly unrelated ingredients at random. (This somehow did not go especially badly.) So, funny you should mention this now.)

I'd add a THIS THREAD IS USELESS WITHOUT A URL except the obvious search probably finds it.
