serindeDoctor Nick says I had heat exhaustion ambling on towards something worse yesterday, and I should take a break when getting like that (subtext: 'you dumbass'. Well, not exactly, he's got better bedside manner than that, but I really _did_ know better. Phooey on my adolescentish pride.)
Today, I'm just very sore; not from being dropped, I don't think, but rather from throwing--it used a completely different body motion than most of the stuff I'd done so far. No class today. Class tomorrow. I may wander up to the garment district and get a new pair of shears, and maybe test my willpower at Daytona Trim.
No game tomorrow: big erect boo for that (phrase (c) Dave). However, as a surprise for my pooky, I have arranged a Diablo LAN party amongst the D&D group instead. (Not that _I_ will get to play, as I Must Sew, but it will be fun to pop in and kibbitz.) I think he'll be very pleased; well, he will be if he doesn't come home from his trip with Montezuma's Revenge, anyways.
