serindeAccording to the little urinalysis test swabs (could you call it a "pisstake"? har har), I have achieved "moderate" levels of ketone, so that means I'm in ketosis. BURN, BELLY, BURN! It makes the strawberry cravings easier to bear, at least.
On the other hand, I spent much of the early evening arguing with Mailman. It won, and double-posted a huge message to the list, flooding the mailboxes of my friends, deluging them in trivial stuff. All die. O! the embarrassment.
