To bounce or not to bounce
May. 15th, 2003 10:18 pm...tomorrow, that is the question. I'd really like to make it a 4-day week of classes (because that _is_ the habit I'm trying to get into), but though my back is pretty much okay now, I don't know if it would be imprudent to go *thump* on it a lot.
On the other hand, it wasn't aikido that made it ache, so why should aikido make it worse? It's not (supposed to be) that kind of exercise.
