Free-form bad wannabe-goth poetry contest.

Was feeling really miserable this morning for a variety of reasons, so I turned to Eli (who was in Eeyore-mode) and said "Bad goth poetry time." I began with something about the swirling midnight of chaos and we were off and running. I won't quote the monstrosity here, but I can tell you that Death in fuzzy bunny slippers played an important role in the work.

Was feeling really miserable this morning for a variety of reasons

Erm. I do so hope that I haven't done anything that counts as one of those. Usually I'd stop and think about whatever I may have said or done then conclude that I hadn't said or done anything that could've been a problem, but that doesn't seem to be working this time.

(I do try not to assume that the world revolves around me, but there's this automatic "I must be at fault" thing that takes some getting past sometimes.)
