No five-aikido bag this week

serindeI forgot two things: 1) we have a second interview for the current leading candidate at 11:30 (that was me not being consulted on the time again, le sigh), and 2) I have to pick up Mom's birthday present durng lunch today. I meant to do so earlier this week sometime but completely spaced on it.
House is basically tidied, suitcase is packed, and pooky is leaving work early so I won't have to stand around fuming while he gets his ducks in a row. I still need to do a few last-minute tasks after getting home, but I don't think it should take more than 15 min. Achtung! Efficiency!
