Generally cursed day. The trains are on a new schedule to accommodate the opening of the Secaucus transfer point, and it's all a giant clusterfuck. Plus, everything is coated in ice, and one of the cats yorked all over the downstairs floor.

For some reason, I was seized with the desire for guacamole (which I ordinarily detest) and bought two avacados on the way home.

From what I see, the entire concept of the secaucus transfer is a giant clusterfuck. A 360 million boondoggle.
