FOOD.

I'm continually hungry now. This could be my body trying to hibernate through the rotten winter, or it could be (as the redheads suggest) that, having gone mostly off Atkins (though still eating sanely, except for Saturday's party), my body is back to craving carbs and/or I'm feeling carb addiction, like a smoker who quits and then has just a couple cigs at the bar. I've been cold a lot recently, which to me gives a bit more credence to #1, but it's hard to say--the timing is suspiciously indicative of #2. On the third hand, just eating carbs doesn't particularly tame the beast within.
Three bowls of black bean soup last night did, though.

Cursed.

Generally cursed day. The trains are on a new schedule to accommodate the opening of the Secaucus transfer point, and it's all a giant clusterfuck. Plus, everything is coated in ice, and one of the cats yorked all over the downstairs floor.

For some reason, I was seized with the desire for guacamole (which I ordinarily detest) and bought two avacados on the way home.
