I just can't stop making these up:

GULog: "ground under Logan" = Boston-area real estate in path of night landings. "In GULog, lease breaks YOU!"

NYSE: when global warming raises the sea level, this will refer to buildings west of Hudson Ave., at "New York's Sinking Edge".

SoCo: the area just south of Columbia University, whose streets are often overrun by drunken undergrads.

POSt: "part of Staten." Also the neighborhood's favorite paper.

Will-E: Bed-Stuy. They might already be using this one.

SoCa is that scary bit of Bandit Country where the White World enclave of Columbia runs out and the furthest northerly extents of the echt Upper West Side fail to reach; it's the liminal world of fist-fights between harridans in Duane Reade, of African-American men face down on Cathedral Parkway at 11 AM. Its borders are probably 112th St to the north and 96th Street to the south.
