serindeA pleasant evening out at the pub, entertaining an out-of-town college friend. This was capped by pooky and I making our train by >< that much...but we did make it, which makes it stylish instead of clumsy. See. Anyways, there was much fun conversation, about RPGs and old computer games and OSs and whatnot. You know, the things which are decried as "pathetic geek stuff"...but at least it's better than stock portfolio dick size wars.
Must get off silly computer and tidy up, because we're going to be away and I bloody well hate coming home to a messy house. And this I shall accomplish...soon. Really. In the wake of the above discussion, I'm feeling the urge to play old computer games, or maybe Baldur's Gate or Nox which don't quite qualify as "old". Work first, though. I mean it. Honest.
Not looking forward to this weekend, but I know I will feel the worse if I don't go. That's that whole "experience" thing.
